You are ALL superstars. Thank you for coming on this journey with us to resurrect the Auckland Ronald McDonald House Supper Club. We came back stronger and better than ever.
Your contribution is making a difference right now in the lives of Kiwi families, who must travel for their child to receive life-saving hospital treatment. Research shows that children recover more quickly when their family is by their side, so thank you for helping to keep families together at a time when it matters most. We recommend you park at the Atrium end of the carpark as the Atrium lifts will bring you to the SkyCity hotel foyer. When you get into the Atrium lifts in the carpark, choose L3, then turn left as you exit the lift and walk across the airbridge to Weta Workshop. If you are staying at Sky Grand, please use the lifts and proceed to L5. If travelling by taxi, uber or bolt, please arrive at 88 Federal Street, follow the Weta Workshop signage and take the lift to level 5. _______________________________ Sky City Car Parking Please take your car park ticket with you and validate it at the machine at the bar in Weta Workshop. Discounted rates are $8 for the first hour, then $4 for every hour thereafter. _______________________________ Live Auction and Raffle There will be auction booklets circulating around the room and they can be viewed on screen throughout the pre event. Tickets for the raffle will be available for purchase on the night. $30 a ticket or 4 for $100 with 14 fantastic prizes to be won. Look for the people wearing Supper Club aprons. The raffle prizes will be drawn on Thursday 17 July. All winners will be notified by Sunday, 20 July 2025 and told how they can collect their prize. At the pre-dinner event, there will be a selection of complimentary canapes and non-alcoholic drinks, several varieties of wine, beer and bubbles available. The wine and bubbles have been generously donated by Villa Maria and will be served until they run out. Please support the restaurants who have generously donated a table of 10 by purchasing at least one drink per person. You will be responsible for payment of all drink purchases. _______________________________ Photographer Carmen Bird is our amazing photographer who has donated her time free of charge to take photos of you, your friends, colleagues and family at the pre-dinner event. Photos will be available after the event on her website at www.carmenbirdphotography.co.nz under client galleries - Supper Club. _______________________________ Restaurants Please appreciate the restaurants who have generously donated a table of 10 towards our fundraiser. Some have taken part for many years and have been longtime supporters of the Auckland RMHC Supper Club. We realise that not all the restaurants may be perceived by you to be at the same level but please whatever restaurant you get allocated to, please be gracious and appreciative that they have chosen to take part and are donating their labour, food and time for this worthy cause. _______________________________ Dietary Requirements Nobody knows which dining destination they are going to until the actual night of the event. Most restaurants can cater for dietary requirements eg gluten free, vegetarian. If this does apply, PLEASE call them straight away to let them know. However with some of the shared plates, you may not be able to eat all the dishes but should still be able to enjoy most of them. Just be mindful that many of the restaurants will have prepared set menus/sharing plates so accommodating specific dietary requirements may be difficult. Again we ask for your understanding. _______________________________ Taxis/Uber The majority of restaurants who are participating are within walking distance of the pre-dinner event and some are in neighbouring suburbs such as K Road, Parnell, Remuera, Epsom, Mt Eden, Ponsonby, Birkenhead and Northcote. There will be taxis/Ubers outside Sky Grand should you need transport to your destination.
